This privacy and cookies policy (hereafter referred to as “the Policy”) informs you on how OTC handles the personal data that you provide through this website.

OTC may disclose your personal data to any member of the OTC’s group. In addition, OTC may also disclose your personal data to third parties, only in the following cases:

In the event, the OTC has entered into a business partnership with retailers, health forums, or promotional partners. These entities may use your personal data to make predictions about your interests and may provide you with promotional materials, advertisements, and other materials.

if OTC is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or request.

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER OUT OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

OTC may share the personal data you provide with third parties that may be outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

OTC determines the retention period of your personal data based on the following retention criteria:

OTC retains your personal data for so long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected (as set out above);

OTC retains your personal data for so long as is required under any contract or by applicable law.

You have the right (subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable data protection laws) to:

• ask OTC about the processing of your personal data, including being provided with a copy of your

• request the correction and/or deletion of your personal data;
• request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, or object to that processing;
• request receipt or transmission to another organization, in a machine-readable form, of the personal data that you have provided to OTC; andcomplain to your local supervisory authority if your data protection rights are violated, or if you have suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data. The Legal Department will review and assess your request and communicate with you.
• Where you are given the option to share your personal data with us, you can always choose not to do so. If you object to the processing of your personal data, OTC will respect that choice in accordance with its legal obligations. This could mean that OTC is unable to perform the actions necessary to achieve the purposes of processing described in paragraph 3 of the Purposes of Processing of Personal Data section.
• OTC is committed to taking all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, accidental loss and modifications, access, and any other unauthorized processing of personal data.
